How We Work

Drafting and Engineering

Every member of Warenoff's drafting and engineering team has extensive experience specifically producing shop drawings for architectural woodwork projects. They are trained on the latest CAD (computer aided design) technology, which enables them to utilize state-of-the-art CNC (computer numerically controlled) production machinery. When incorporating field conditions, plumbing, electrical and/or a wide variety of owners’ equipment, our expert engineers achieve seamless integration of form and function.

Production

Warenoff’s production facility features designated work centers, where projects can smoothly transition from one stage of production to the next. This configuration facilitates the capacity to have multiple projects in production simultaneously and is essential to work flow efficiency, thereby reducing manufacturing costs for our clients.

Finishing

No matter how carefully a craftsman cuts, mills and assembles a piece of fine woodwork, final judgment about the character of the work will depend on the quality of the finish. From detail sanding to the final coat, the critical eye of a conscientious finisher is indispensable. The head of Warenoff's finish department has more than 25 years of experience, and leads a team of finishers who understands what it takes to create a superior finish on every job.

Warenoff’s work is known for its clarity of finish, accurate color matches and consistent distribution of stain and topcoats. Our manufacturing facility features a separate finishing area equipped with the latest equipment for fine quality finishes in a safe and ecologically friendly environment.

Combining the best people with the best equipment
ensures a fine finish on every project.

Installation

Our work is not complete until it is delivered and installed. Warenoff’s completely pre-assembles every project during production, and the larger pieces are then disassembled prior to shipping. Our people take the utmost care in protecting our work in transit, thus ensuring the high level of quality upon arrival at the job site. It is then the responsibility of our experienced and highly skilled installers to complete the finishing touches needed for a successful installation.
