Before fabrication begins, all of the coordination issues related to dimension, function, construction, hardware, finish and installation are addressed and resolved. Shop drawings are clear and accurate and material samples, which are readily available, are clearly labeled and accurately illustrate the finished surface. We worked with Warenoff’s on the furniture at the Hotel San Jose and then later on the bar and cabinetry at Downtown Jo’s. They really did terrific work and were fast, helpful and easy to work with. The San Jose was an unusual job because we were using reclaimed lumber that had a lot of nails and holes in it. Warenoff’s milled and built most of the furniture at the hotel - they lost a lot of saws cutting the stuff up, and they produced a fantastic product at the end of the day. People are always commenting on the beautiful beds.
